A few things worth knowing.
- Add your reference. An invoice number or your business name means we can match the payment to your account the same day.
- You will get two receipts. One automatically from the payment provider, and a paid invoice from us within one business day.
- Paying a deposit starts the clock. We schedule your project as soon as the first payment clears, usually within a few hours.
- Not sure what you owe? Email info@oasisdigitalsllc.com and we will resend the invoice before you pay anything.

Payment questions.
Is it safe to pay by card here?
Yes. This website never collects card details. When you continue to payment, the card form is loaded directly from our payment provider and encrypted by them. That card number is never transmitted to, or stored on, this website or our server.
What happens straight after I pay?
You get an automatic receipt by email from the payment provider. We are notified at the same moment, and send a paid invoice plus next steps within one business day. If you paid a project deposit, that message includes a link to book your kickoff call.
Why do you ask for my name and email?
The payment provider needs them to issue your receipt, and the reference field lets us match the payment to your account the same day. We do not add you to any mailing list from this page.
Can I pay another way?
Yes. We accept ACH bank transfer and check for any amount, which avoids card processing fees on larger projects. Email info@oasisdigitalsllc.com and we will send the details.
How does a monthly retainer work?
This page charges your first month. Once you are set up we arrange automatic monthly billing, so you are never charged before the work begins. Cancel with 30 days' notice after the initial three-month term.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel a project you are billed only for work completed to that point, and any unearned portion of your deposit is refunded. Monthly retainers are not refunded for a month already delivered. The full position is in our Terms of Service.
I do not recognise a charge on my card.
Contact us first at info@oasisdigitalsllc.com or +1 (571) 571-2180 and we will identify it the same day. That is faster than a bank dispute, and we would rather sort it out directly.
