Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of this website and our services. Last updated September 2, 2026.

Use of this website

By using this website or engaging Oasis Digitals LLC you agree to these terms. Individual projects are also governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence where the two differ.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or reuse our text, images or code without written permission.

Quotes and scope

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the scope described in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it in writing.

Payment

Project work is typically invoiced 50% on acceptance and 50% on launch, or across agreed milestones. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may pause work and incur a reasonable late fee.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on receiving content, feedback and approvals from you at the agreed points. Extended delays may shift the schedule and, in some cases, the price. You confirm that any material you supply is yours to use.

Intellectual property

On final payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and acceptance

Each project includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Deliverables are considered accepted 10 business days after delivery if we have not received written feedback.

Support and warranties

We correct defects in our work free of charge during the post-launch support window stated in your proposal. Beyond that, services are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, or particular business results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Cancellation

Either party may end a project with 14 days' written notice. You remain responsible for work completed up to that point, and we will hand over all completed deliverables once outstanding invoices are settled. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' notice after any minimum term.

Acceptable use

When using this website you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically copy content, including for the purpose of training machine-learning models, without our written permission
  • Submit false information, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages
  • Reproduce our text, designs, code or images elsewhere without written permission

Website content and accuracy

The articles and guidance on this site are published in good faith and for general information. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and pricing, timelines and platform behaviour change over time. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship — that begins only when a proposal is signed.

We update content when we can but do not warrant that every page is current or free from error.

Third-party services and links

This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Google Maps, WhatsApp and the social platforms in our footer. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site.

Where a project of yours depends on third-party platforms, plugins or APIs, we cannot warrant their continued availability, pricing or behaviour.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control — including outages at hosting or platform providers, network failures, natural events, industrial action, or acts of government.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith by direct discussion for at least 30 days.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Together with any signed proposal or statement of work, these terms are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior discussion or correspondence.
